Sense not charging..blinking logo

Had 2nd chat with fitbit, no help,,sent instructions that didnt not work and concluded chat. This is a second failed fitbit, think they would be concerned

Hi @0615 - stuck on logo or rebooting constantly are often fatal but not always.

If the watch is still syncing with the app try changing clock face.

You probably tried a watch restart with the button and a factory reset?

Another option, you can let it run down completely and then try charging.

Note if it gets hot while charging, stop immediately, it indicates internal damage possibly due to water getting in.

Otherwise recall how it got to blinking logo, what lead to this?

Lastly you indicate not charging - for that follow the steps in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Just started blinking and pulsing…2 calls to Fitbit service, tried reset, tried new charging cable, nothing works

@0615- if you tried a factory reset but without success then there isn't much more you can do than replace it.

Either replace under warranty or get a new one which may be on offer currently but don't downgrade to the Sense 2 as it doesn't have some of the Sense features.

Hey, I have the same problem. I shut down under settings as watch was not responding. Now blinking on and off. Did the holding back button 10 seconds, nothing. Put on charge, held back button for 10 seconds, nothing. Disconnected from app but can't reconnect as won't turn on. Did you find a resolution? Thanks

I had the same problem, they sent me a new charger, no help, now replacing under warranty, the sense watch was a replacement for the ionic which was recalled, try that.. good luck

Yes, cleaned contacts, spring on one pin seemed weak,,,got new charger…didn’t help…thanks for the response

Hey, thanks for your reply. Has been charging fine to date and had charge when I shutdown. I suppose it could be the issue so will have to contact fitbit.

Second fitbit and having trouble charging. I've cleaned both the watch and the connector but still having trouble charging. What is wrong? I'm so frustrated with this watch
