I used my sense watch in July but after that i shut it down and kept in safely. When i tried to charge it again few days back seems like it display is gone. Its not charging anymore and shows 0% and then immediately display goes off. Has anybody seen it? Fitbit should have a warranty of 1 year instead of limited 30 days warranty.

Hi @Harshvm - the 0% says the battery is flat and needs charging.
It might not be charging because the contacts need cleaning or the charge cable is often faulty, see instructions How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
Refund is normally 30 days, warranty is 1 to 2 years depending on country law.

The USB port or outlet is faulty. Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger. The device isn't connected securely to the charging cable, or you're using a charging cable that came with a difference device or from another retailer.

They have agreed to replace it as it was under warranty. We tried charging it via different adapter, cleaned the sensors/conatcts, used a different fitbit cable. None of the options worked.
