My sense is not charging. I have followed all the troubleshooting steps in the not charging article. I have turned it off and back on, moved the charging outlet and USB plug multiple times, I've cleaned all sensors. I cannot find a place to actually contact someone outside of posting an article here. Can someone please help me or point me in the right durection
