Just received my new sense and it won't charge. I've changed USB chargers and still nothing !! Any ideas ??

Hi @Knoxy1010, welcome to the community.
Does the Sense actually turn on, or is it completely dead? If it does turn on I'd recommend restarting it by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds (until you see the fitbit logo). Also have you confirmed that the charger is lining up properly on the back of your Sense (try wiggling it a bit to see if it makes contact).

Yes I've reset it a couple of times and also the charger seems to be lining up as it clicks when attached but now my battery is down to 6% I have tried wiggling it around but it does nothing.

I think at this point it's probably best to speak with customer support (here), as it's difficult to know whether it's a hardware fault with the device or an issue with the charger.
