My sense won't charge. When i plug it in nothing happens - it just remains dead. I thought it might be the charger so I bought a new charger but no change. Has anyone else experienced this? I am assuming the sense itself or the battery is faulty. This was a few months ago now so I only had the sense for a few months before this happened.

It has happened to me twice now. The first time I had to go through the warranty process of getting it exchanged for a new one. I have the sense. Now I’ve had my new one for about a year and same thing, battery will not charge. So frustrating and I’ve tried every troubleshooting that I could and been on the live chat with the Fitbit technician. Nothing has worked .

Hi @jkis1 , @zepgirlmarty - did you check the contact holes are thoroughly clean and the charge cable, often faulty, see instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

The USB port or outlet is faulty. Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger. The device isn't connected securely to the charging cable, or you're using a charging cable that came with a difference device or from another retailer
