My Sense is showing 83 steps and won't count anymore. Heart rate tracking etc is working. Have restarted the watch and made sure it's syncing to phone but that hasn't helped.
Any ideas?

Have you tried shutting it down completely, it might be a longshot but worth a try.
Swipe to and tap the settings app on your Sense - scroll down to shutdown - Select Yes.

If when syncing there is no update to steps or any other values then the syncing isn't working.
Verify on the watch by swipe up [to get to the Today app], and check whether steps are recording, if so, then its a fault with the chosen clock and best to change to another one.
If not it may be a faulty watch probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Yes. Is screen wake on?
You could try turning the sensor onto sensitive and try giving it to somebody else to try walking around with it.
