Sense not showing all the clock digits

My Fitbit Sense watch, doesn't always show the correct time, as it has some of its digits missing

For example, e.g. time 10:04, shown as : 4..

or 9:58, shown as 9: 8

Sometimes ir shows the correct time

Apologies for the delayed response but I have been away.

I have tried both of the above options and no change at all. here are a couple of the photos I have just taken

Unfortunately this doesn't a;;pw me to post the photos due to the photos id/name i.e. the date and time - very strange

Change the photo id from date to alphabetic - I hope the upload works now
