Hi,
I just got the sense as a Xmas present. The first couple of days when i received a phonecall i could see the ID of the caller.
It suddenly stopped doing that. I read here that it's a common problem and i tried some fixes spread around on the forum... nothing helped...
How can i fix this problem?

It is showing sms, email, ... but when someone calls it just shows 'phone'
Best AnswerMi e is doing the same thing. It will not sync. It will notallow phone calls or texts

@Incentio Thank you for the troubleshooting steps you've tried prior to posting. @Incentio @Kgermundson If you haven't done so; I would recommend setting up the notifications one more time. For instructions, please see: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
On a side note, please take into consideration that in order to set up, sync, receive notifications, and take advantage of other features of your Fitbit device, you must install the Fitbit app on a compatible phone or tablet. For a list of compatible devices, please check:

If your devices don't appear in the list, this means your phones aren't fully supported and some features may not work appropriately. @Kgermundson for syncing, you can refer to this help site: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Best AnswerI tried resetting everything and it's not working. I have a samsung S8 btw so it's compatible.
The weird thing is it worked for like a couple of days. And every other notification is working. (sms, email, ...) and when i "test call" it also shows up with test call. As ID it just shows 'phone'.
On a sidenote in the setting of my bluetooth i have 2 devices: Sense and Sense Controls. Sense controls is connected but when i open the setting of Sense controls in the bluetooth menu it wont start "Calls" .. reason cant connect to sense controls .. but it is ...

(I have tried fiddling with it some more .. but it's still the same. text..mail...etc phonecalls show up and i can pick up .. but the caller id is not shown .. only "phone" comes up as the ID)
