My new Sense has decided after working well since 25th September to no longer sync. I have only just noticed that it hasn’t been doing so since Saturday. No matter if I go to Bluetooth and switch it off or on and if I have tidied out all my previous Fitbit devices it still gets about halfway along then just sits there. Very frustrating!! Anyone else got a solution? I’m using an Apple phone with the latest iOS.

Please note that having multiple Bluetooth devices is likely to cause issues ensuring good communication with the watch.
Though seems like this is a common issue. Possibly due to the recent update, as it was working before.
In which case its probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
NB. Fitbit haven't announced that version [3.37] yet so guess you are testing it for them.

Best AnswerI have over 10 other bluetooth pairings, so the "best answer" advice is too invasive, it's like Fitbit is the center of everyone's universe.
I instead went to the Troubleshoot guide for syncing, and that solved my problem without wiping away all of my Bluetooth pairings.

Best AnswerI visited Fitbit's Sync Help page, and that provided enough information for me to sync without wiping out all of my other Bluetooth pairings.

Best AnswerMy Fitbit Sense stopped Syncing and the Google Assistant connection was lost.
Spent a full 3 Hours this morning trying everything (and that includes Factory Resetting) before finally resolving my issue.
I had to go into my phones settings.
Then tap on apps.
Tap on Fitbit while in settings
and tapped on Force Stop.
Then opened up Fitbit.
It fixed my Sync ISSUE
AND it fixed my Google Assistant.
I disconnected my device from Google Assistant BEFORE I went into settings on my phone to go to Fitbit and Force Stopped.

@Champ7777 Thanks for the info. It should be noted if your Sense stopped syncing then Google Assistant won't work.
Generally clearing the cache and force stopping the Fitbit App resolves many issues, and also resolving the syncing issues would restore things back to normal so the rest of the procedure was probably unnecessary, and risky, many watches do not survive a factory reset.

Best AnswerI’ve done all the above that you advised and it still won’t connect. Never had a problem until recently

@hatulaverneWhats not working and whats working, what phone and what things have you tried?
As @WillStewart says, Its normally a simple repair, drastic measures aren't normally needed and in fact often makes thing worse.
You can contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you step by step.

Best AnswerWeird: I logged in here, and in the Withings board which shares the Fitbit/weight data, and it immediately started to sync again. Hmmm....
Best AnswerMy Sense is few months old now and seems to getting progressively slower at synching. The issue described of stopping half way through has now struck so I followed the steps that Alvaro suggested. Restarting the Sense has lost a couple of days of data so hopefully the issue is not ongoing. It appears to me that the issue is totally to do with the Sense operating system. What ever happened to the All day synching that my previous few Fitbit devices used?
Update: After following Alvaro’s steps and synching my Sense it appeared that I had lost a couple of days data. That wouldn’t have been the end of the world but the next time I tried to synch it stopped at the half way point again. I chose to remove the Sense totally from Bluetooth and the Fitbit app and re-install it. This worked fine and it synched well with the missing data being returned also. Hopefully it all continues to work this way.
Mine has now gone back to not syncing. The app says my watch is on 6% battery, which is clearly not true. Turning off bluetooth, ios device etc has no affect. The sync gets stuck halfway and gets no further. I'm frankly sick of this watch now. These problems should not be affecting products that are released. This feels like a beta device.
Best AnswerI my case after trying everything, I found out that my IPad was connected to my IPhone. As soon as I set the bluetooth off on my IPad, my Sense synchronize perfectly. After that I made my IPad to forget my Sense. Hope this helps.
