My Sense won’t sync and the clock face has disappeared - not showing step count or heart rate etc! I removed the device but and tried to reconnect and even though it tells me it found the sense, it won’t connect! I’ve done the long press in the side, checked Bluetooth but nothing is working. Grateful for any ideas/suggestions. TIA

I online chatted with the help desk and they helped me refresh my Sense.
