Sense not syncing

My Sense won’t sync to my phone for the past few days. I do all the things that are listened in how to fix, but still won’t work. I have had to remove my sense from the Fitbit app and then set it up again multiple times just for it to sync. I am still getting text messages through my Sense. I am just not sure why it won’t sync.

A lot are having trouble with it and not holding a charge since that update.

I am having exactly the same issues have tried everything. Disconnected reconnected, restarted watch and phone and still it won’t sync. Very frustrating

Exactly the same for me. Only that few days ago I have even stopped getting text msgs. Even hubs Gamin’s cheaper range never needed to constantly trying to troubleshoot in order to get it to sync. In the past this troubleshooting has been somewhat a frequent occurrence but at least I’ve managed to get it fixed. Now it’s just pure frustration.

Exactly the same for me. Spent hours today re-booting disconnecting. Took ages to reset as a new devise. Finally got messages and on wrist answer back and still won’t sync.

Same.  Nothing is fixing the issue.  I have tried it all.
