I just got a Sense and after 3 nights it hasn't tracked my sleep at all. Do I need to send it back? Thank you!

I have the same problem, I chat with someone of the CS and after restart, it works but just for that night…

I was told to do a factory reset, but it's been 2 nights since then and it still isn't working.
