My Sense is requesting to update to the latest version. It syncs to my phone and begins to update. Halfway through it stops and resets the Sense, which does not update. I have tried all of the troubleshooting recommended on the website but nothing is working. Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

Note: I am unable to use my Sense because it keeps requesting an update before it will boot-up. Quite frustrating.

Hi @ResQ11 - just in case the watch is actually working and syncing, there is no need to update it, and sometimes better not to if it is working fine.
If that is the case ignore the app announcement of an update. And only do it if you know what the update will do.
