Sense not vibrating when I reach my step goal

hi 

I've just got a new sense.  But I have noticed it does not vibrate or celebrate when I've reached my step goal. 
It is not on sleep mode or DND I have checked. 

can anyone help?

Hi @Londonlucy7  - it may be doing it but as the vibration is so weak, even on strong, you just don't notice it.

 

Note, the vibration gets weaker still as the battery level falls.
