Sense not working after Android update

Hi there,

 

I started facing lot of issues after I updated the tracker software sometime last week:

 

1. Battery started draining fast like within few mins from 100 to 0. 

 

2. Majority of the apps including settings got automatically uninstalled from the watch.

 

3. Sense started becoming unresponsive. I tried to update the software but it won't connect to my phone. 

 

4. After that, for 1-2 days, only fitbit logo could be seen on the watch. 

 

5. Now the haptic sensor is not working. Unable to do anything. 

 

I have a Google pixel 3. Please help. I just bought the watch like 5 months back.

Just curious, is the Fitbit app on the phone up to date?

Yes, both fitbit app and tracker software on the watch are up to date.

do a factory reset, after that..turn off bluetooth.

How can I do a factory reset? I am unable to get inside my watch. All I see now is the fitbit logo.

or press the button for a few seconds to 'reboot'.
