Didn't take off my Sense Fitbit before swimming in the ocean and it has stopped working.
It has synched a couple of times but nothing can be seen on the screen except the Fitbit logo.

If it’s not outside warranty contact Fitbit support. Some people have reported it failing after swimming.

Hi, @nmelendez, welcome, your "Sense" is ok for swimming (I'm in the pool every day with mine) Try restarting your "Sense", squeeze the side button for about 20 seconds and release when the Fitbit logo appears. After about 35 seconds it should have restarted again. If you are still having a problem check it is charged, sync the Fitbit app (in the today screen slide your finger down and release, note the value of the battery logo in the top right) If it has discharged check why it's not charging, there are many posts on that issue. I hope this helps but please post here again if you are still stuck.
Cheers

Hi, @nmelendez, thanks for your feedback, I think your clockface may not be a "Fitbit" designed face, you may note a difference if you install one of their own designs. You can do this in the app, no need to access the "Sense" itself.
Is it charged?
As you report the side button is not working your best way forward may be to talk to "Customer Support" and use the chat facility or phone for a prompt response, alternatively you can access them via your phone app.
I hope this helps.
Cheers
