Sense not working after update

Ever since the update, my sense can't hold a charge and has stopped recording hr. I've shut it off, restarted, factory reset, and left it turned off for multiple days but nothing is working.

I’ve been having the same issues lately as well. I was also thinking maybe it has something to do with the update

Hi @Adh90 , @RayMichelle - it could be something to do with the update as others also posted in the forums about poor battery after the update.

However if there is an HR issue as well it may be a more serious fault with the watch.

A factory reset and installing the same latest version of firmware may get you back to the same situation which presumably means something is wrong with the watch.

Try chat via the Fitbit app, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
