Just popped in here to say…
Fitbit Sense Spotify app is awful.
1. Takes tremendous amounts of time to connect
2. 50% or more of the times, it fails saying I need to check for Bluetooth… while I reciente Instagram notifications and while I can just use the native media controls just fine
3. When it works, it freaks out if you lock your phone, then you have to literally troubleshoot the thing
On the global connectivity side…
1. It’s cool when it works, but often it loses connection
2. Fitbit Sense doe sent know what to do when somebody calls and I already answered the call, so it keeps on “ringing” in in wrist as if that never happened
3. Why oh why the timer won’t show the time too?

Hi @MrDoctor_2. Welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for sharing detailed information about this situation, and for the steps tried on your own. I understand how you're feeling and I'm sorry you've had this experienced with your Sense. Our team constantly works to improve our products, and the input we receive from our members is of great help. Rest assured your feedback won't go unnoticed. Before anything else, please give a try to the following steps to get your watch syncing correctly as this will ensure the functionality of other features.
Once your watch is connected, set up the notifications and on-wrist phone calls one more time. Additionally, on the Fitbit app > profile picture > Sense > Apps > Spotify and make sure there isn't any pending update, as well as having the permissions turned on.
In regards to the Timer app not showing the current time, I'd encourage you to share this idea in the Feature Suggestions board so it can get the attention of our developers, as well as receive the support from other members through their votes. To learn more about this board, see our FAQs.
