I'm horrified I upgraded my versa 3 to sense yesterday since then what a nightmare! Sense controls keeping losing Bluetooth connection   I have rebooted fit bit insured and tried repairing Spoke to 2 Customer service  who basically  couldn't help and both tried passing the problem on by telling me to restart my phone knowing this disconnected me from them what can I do about this!!! Very unhappy  customer

Sense controls are only connected during phone calls or playing music.

The Fitbit App can connect with them when needed, they are normally not connected.
