I am having issues with the sense where it is continuing to calculate steps after a workout.
I run every morning and know that when I finish I'm around 5800 steps. Around an hour after the workout, the watch will buzz and say I have hit my step goal, showing over 10,000 steps. This can happen when I'm wearing the watch or even if it is sitting stationary or on the charger.
I wear it on my nondominant wrist and keep the band snug so that there is not a lot of room for wiggling.
I have verified software updates for the watch and have restarted it to see if there was any other sort of issue.
I'm not entirely sure what to do next to help resolve the issue and have walked through the troubleshooting steps mentioned in other threads. Any help is greatly appreciated!

@Chelle_Hope Welcome to the Fitbit community.
Do you have Mobile track setup in your Fitbit app? If yes, delete it. It'll be in the account page, your profile pic in top left corner when opening the Fitbit app.
Hello! I actually do not have mobile track configured in my app. Thank you for this suggestion though!

@Chelle_Hope Then the next suggestion usually for tracking or monitoring issues is a simple shutdown and power back on.
