Well my Fitbit Sense quit - gave up the ghost. I got it last Thanksgiving at a Black Friday sale. I didn't save the receipt. I wasn't expecting a $250 watch to not make it a year.
This was my first smartwatch, I've became addicted to it. I guess I will get a new smartwatch - I just don't want to have to buy a new one every 8-9 months. After being on this sub I find out they aren't that long lasting.
Looking for a replacement - any suggestions?

If bought from Fitbit or certified dealer, should be under warranty. Don't need sales receipt; Fitbit can tell when started using it. Contact Help.

Hi @shawinfra - my Sense is nearing 3 years.
You don't say what has happened and what lead up to the current state. There might be a simple fix.
In any case it is still under warranty.

Hi, sorry to hear that. I got my watch almost 3 years ago, also at Thanksgiving sale. The watch still works pretty good, even though at the beginning I had a lot of complaints about sleep stages not recorded. They (Fitbit) fixed that problem and now it’s working really great (except my cable needs replacement). I like Sense even better than Apple Watch. Hopefully you will receive your replacement soon
Same.
my watch is 2 yrs, 9 months and still behaves like it’s new.

Hi everyone, and a warm welcome to our new members.
@shawinfra Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and I'm sorry you've gone through this situation. I understand your point of view and to help you out, may I know more about the issues you're having with the Sense? If it's the battery the one no longer charging, I'd recommend this help article which describes some tips to get your watch working again.
@JohnnyRow, @JenaePavlak, @Guy_, @LarisaAR and @Clove6060 Thanks for your amazing help!
