Sense receives notifications from 2 emails accounts

I set up my Sense about a week or two ago and only input ONE email address (gmail), however it keeps sending me alerts for a both the one I inputted and a completely different one (also gmail) that I never added in my account.  How do I get the 2nd unwanted email to stop sending alerts to my watch?

Are you saying that you use the same Gmail app to read both emails?

Do you, like me have the one GMail address to go out and read the Email that comes to a different email address?

My Gmail collects email from my Yahoo account and a second Gmail account.

All 3 get sent to my phone.

I don't have my 2nd gmail address forwarded to my main one.  I have to log into gmail separately to get them on my laptop.  However, I'm logged into both on my phone always. When I set up the sense, it asked what I would like to get notifications for (i.e. text, email, etc) and I chose my email (no specification regarding what email AP).  And the only email I entered into Fitbit was my primary email that I wanted.  Not the secondary one I use for junk mail. Does that make sense?

Ok you say that you have the Gmail app on your phone, logged into both accounts. I'll assume that on the phone you get notifications from both email addresses.

When setting up notifications, the user chooses the Apps that they want to see notifications from. There is no option to choose which accounts that the chosen app will send.

So yes it makes sense that you are getting notifications from both email accounts, because your chosen email app is logged into both accounts.

I have the same issue.  I have multiple Gmail accounts (like 10+) on my phone, and I am getting notifications for all of them on my Sense.  I swear I remember during set up last week that I saw a list of all my Gmail accounts, and then I was able to toggle on/off specifically what I wanted and what I didn't (calendar, email, tasks, etc.) for each one of those accounts, but of course I cannot find it now.  Fitbit chat rep had no idea either 😞

I have one Gmail account but have this gmail account retrieve my Yahoo and the Yahoo notifications are not sent to fitbit.

Since fitbit looks at the app and forwards any notifications the app sends. I would think the setting you are looking for would be in your emaik app.
