It also stopped counting steps and heartbeats. Factory reset hasn’t sorted out the issue. Thanks for you help.

Hi @cmll - it seems your watch may have developed a fault.

Is the display still working correctly?

If you hold the button for 10 seconds and it restarts what shows on the watch face?

If you did a factory reset did you install it again?

Display works correctly, not showing readings for heartbeat and steps. Big battery drain, 20% in a night. Cheers,

Thanks, @cmll - just on case it's a clock face issue try changing to another.

But on the watch face swipe it left and tap on the Today app and see if steps or HR are showing.

If the sensor is permanently on it can use more battery.

Mine does the same thing. I'm starting to think that's the guilty party behind the battery drain on mine. The heart rate also is always on, pretty sure the light isn't supposed to always be on with the sensor. Fitbit seems to have ruined the software yet again somehow. If they don't fix this soon, I'll seriously consider replacing this with an Apple watch. At least they're honest about the battery.

@cmll - another way to check your watch is to place it face down on a table with the straps out of the way and where it can't detect movement. If the lights don't go out and stay out there is a problem.

The red light shouldn't be on at all.
