Sense's notification vibrations are weak

Has anyone else noticed that the Sense's notification vibrations are really weak? I have it firmly attached and I can barely feel the vibrations even if I know they are coming. I just changed from a versa, which I think had pretty strong vibration. Is there a way to dial it up a bit? If there isn't, which I suspect is the case, Fitbit needs to make this something that can be customized.

I also thought Sense was an upgrade. But the vibrations remain weak. Nothing we can do , except move to a competitor.

So unfortunate because I was so happy and excited after getting my Fitbit, it really motivated me to rehabilitate myself after my heart attack. Now I am missing my notifications for medications and even waking up late because the alarm is so weak. The fact that I paid money for this is frustrating because I gave my Versa to a friend. At least they are happy! Fitbit has lost me as a customer forever and I will tell everyone I know that their customer support is non existent.

This is not an "best" answer for people who have the watch set to strong and still have a vibration that you can hardly notice.  It looks like it is a common problem.  I can't tell any difference between the vibration set on weak or strong.

I am so upset. Almost 300 dollars later I now have no watch and my health I suffering because I was very reliant on the watch for motivation and also for the alarm notifications for medications.

I expressed my frustration long ago at the weak and inadequate vibrations of the Fitbit Sense. I don’t think they will do a software upgrade to correct the problem.
I will not buy another Fitbit again.

I don’t wear it at all because it’s useless. It’s new and in the box in the cupboard. Customer service non existent.

I gave up fitbit entirely now, there were too many issues, when I canceled
my subscription the watch completely died and will not turn on, weird right?
