Sense screen asks to turn on Bluetooth

My Sense has me locked out. Some how it got set whereas I have to push the button see anything, plus I'm unable only set screen time, brightness, button function. It keeps saying to turn on "bluetooth", but it is on...

Thanks for letting us know about your Sense behavior. This is odd and to look into this, could you take a picture of the Bluetooth message on your watch? To attach it in your reply, please follow the steps described here. In the meantime, let me recommend the following steps:

 

  1. Remove your Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your watch to refresh its performance.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. On your Sense, swipe right from the clock face to access the quick settings and adjust the DND, Sleep Mode, brightness, Screen Wake, and more.

My Sense is finally back to normal. I did nothing and have no idea what transpired.....

Is it charged? what happens when you put the watch on the charger? Any messages that pop up?

My Sense seems to be back to normal. I just tried placing it on "charge". It was at 26% and there were no messages......Thanks
