Sense screen became black

My Fitbit Sense screen went black today while I was wearing it.  I charged if fully and tried to reboot it on the charger and off the charger several times.  It is still black, but vibrates when I push the button power button.

Hi @Tammaw ! When you connect your device to the charger, does the screen wake? Have you tried to hold the power button for 10 seconds?

This happened to me this week too. And prior to that it wasn’t syncing properly. I had to go into the app and remove the device and then reconnect everything like I was starting over. I also updated the app before this happened so there may be a glitch in the update. Before I synced them back up I also went into the app and made sure the face I wanted was selected for the watch.
