My sense was in the swim mode. As i came out of the swimming pool it became blank. I don't know what to do

Hello.

 

Does the tracker still vibrate if you try to wake it? Try a forced shutdown/restart by holding the button on the side of the watch. The screen went blank on me once, but it was still vibrating when touched so I did the forced shutdown/restart and it fixed the problem. I hope this helps.
