Hi! I just woke up and my Sense watch face detached. It's hanging by a thread, I tried popping it back in but it didn't work. Ii ordered it June 1, 2021 and am assuming it's too late to file for a replacement. What do I do? Can anyone help? I'm really really upset by this and I think Fitbit should fix this issue immediately considering many others have had the same issue.

If you are in Europe the warranty is 2 years rather than 1 and you would be covered.

Then options are very limited. If you contact customer support then usually offer a discount on new purchases to replace it when out of warranty contact.fitbit.com

Just saw.. shocking $5 discount for something they should fix themselves and have known about for years now... wow

The discount is discretionary and there are many posts of people being offered up to 50% off another tracker.

You may have seen this thread but you can either try fixing it yourself or take it to a watch repair shop and see what they charge to close and seal it. Be mindful, the water resistance may be compromised.

If it's still properly working in its detached state, and warranty is expired, I'd recommend getting yourself some B7000 glue (there is a black and transparent version).
