Randomly since today my Fitbit when I turn my wrist doesn’t work and if I try to use it manually it is stucked.. some time appears the Fitbit logo end there is a vibration.. please help me.. I just leave my ionic but in three days I was not able to fully work the sense.

@Albertoalvera have you tried rebooting it by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds until logo flashes? Tho from your description it seems like it randomly reboots itself. You may need to perform factory reset (wipe the device). It will erase data on sense so if possible sync first. You can perform factory reset by opening settings app on your Sense, going to About and Factory Reset. Do not remove Sense from your Fitbit mobile app (do not unlink from Fitbit account). After factory reset is complete (you see a set up screen), place sense on the charger and set up again by adding a replacement device in your fitbit app.
