Sense screen literally fell off. It looks like the glue has lost its stick ability. How do I fix this issue. Very disappointed as Sense is only 12.5 months old.

try getting with customer support. There are no repairs for these devices.
here are the support contacts I've gleaned over the years on the forums.
when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or X/Twitter works well, too.

I just got an offer for a sense with a discount and came here to see if this is still happening. I had 2 versa with the same issue. Wasn't feeling like shilling out nearly $200 for another jack in the box. I still have my charge working just fine. Idky they have not fixed the glue problem with the smart watches. I just know I'm not paying for it. My apple watch is still going strong and I know all the people who have owned it after me.

Hi, did you get anywhere with this? My Sense screen fell off tonight and I've had mine 1 1/2 years. Very frustrating as I bought the Sense after the face of my Versa fell off. These are too expensive for this to happen after such a short time. Thanks!

Hi, yes they replaced my Sense. I sent an email and received really prompt and excellent service. I had my replacement in less than a week.

The best thing is to always have a warranty on it. Mine broke 2 months after the warranty and I didn't extend it. So I gave up.
