Sense screen frozen

My sense is stuck on the home screen. The side button works but the touch screen isn’t responding. It won’t work. I have tried resetting a bunch of times. It’s only 3 months old!!

Thank you for the suggestion but I have tried that. The watch is broken after 3 months! How do I send it back to replace if
