My Fitbit versa screen has been acting strangely over last few days - not responding to swipes or taps. Today the screen has gone blank for long periods of time/ has unreadable horizontal lines. It is charged, it is still vibrating with notifications, and it is synching with my phone. However I only intermittently see the screen/notifications. Most times I see a blank screen or lines. I have restarted a few times, with no change.
What can I do about this?

Hi there, @NOR2023.
I've moved your post to the Sense board so we can keep the forums organized. I'm sorry this happened to you and appreciate your efforts in restarting it. So we can work on this together, may I know if you've tried changing the clock face to one from Fitbit? If not, please give it a try as this has worked for other users. For instructions on how to change the clock face, see this help article.

Some Fitbits include a water lock mode, which disables the screen and button(s) from responding to touches and swipes.
To turn off the water lock, dry your Fitbit and double-tap your screen (Inspire and Luxe) or long-press the side button (Sense series and Versa 3+) to turn off its water lock.

I have tried reinstalling a new clock face a couple more times and it has worked! Thanks for your help.

In general, restart smartwatches like the Fitbit Sense series, Versa series, Ionic, and Blaze. To restart your watch, press and hold the button (or the back and bottom buttons) for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Then release the button. You may need to try this process a few times.
Regards,
Will
