My fitbit will not turn on now. I feel the vibration but the screen is completely back

I've moved your post to this new thread as there are more chances to get related replies here. Thanks for letting me know about your Sense and I'm sorry you're having this experience with the screen. To work on this, please try restarting your Sense to refresh its performance, changing the clock face to one from Fitbit and let me know how it goes.

It completely quit when I tried restarting it. I turned it off and now it will not turn on again. I charged it and it got extremely hot but still would not turn on. I definitely need to have it repaired. Thanks anyway.
