Sense screen is frozen with Fitbit logo

I have a Fitbit Sense 2 from March this year and till last week it worked perfectly. Since a week the startscreen is frozen and displays only the Fitbit logo. I have performed a soft reset (holding the left button for more than 10 seconds), and also a hard reset (holding the left button while the watch is connected to a power supply). What can I do?

Same issue is happening with my sense . No solution has been found till.date .Need sone support on this issue .

Sense 2 was released in September, you have a Sense?

 

It is possible to reset The Sense And Versa 2 / 3using the button. I am not sure if it is any different from the normal "Hard Reset", but worth a try?

 

  • Press and hold the side button until the screen turns off.
  • After the screen turns off, you should feel a short vibration.
  • As soon as you feel the vibration, release the side button and immediately press and hold that button again.
  • Keep pressing until the Fitbit logo appears and disappears, and then once again, immediately release the button and press and hold it until you feel another vibration.
  • After you feel that vibration, release the side button, this final vibration indicates you started the factory reset for your Fitbit.

Full charge not lasting a day. Attach charger and logo is stuck on screen. Really bummed. Is there a year warranty on these?

Ive got the same problem with my fitbit sense ?? tried all the pressing button suggestions etc v annoying

Hi, Sense screen keeps turning off and freezing every few days. Responds to a dozen clicks, but horizontal streaks appear on the screen until it finally settles. It's annoying. I tried to perform a reset according to the scheme described. Now I can't use it at all - a red cross (X) and the inscription "Data not cleared. Sync and try again" appear. No matter how hard I try, it's still the same. Is there a way out? Thank you.

I have this issue with my sense. It did it after I turned on the recording option for snoring. It was fine then did a sync at about 530 am and quit working early Tues am. I have done the above steps multiple times. I have changed it over night. I have disconnected it from my phone and tried to pair it again even though it is stuck on the logo. I have had zero luck. I contacted fitbit. They have escalated it to a higher level but I have heard nothing back. I miss my sense and rely on it daily. Any other suggestions?

This worked for my 6-month-old Sense!  It was stuck in a permanent loop of the logo flashing on and off every 5-10 seconds.  This allowed me to break the loop.  I got the big red X on the watch and am now working to reconnect it to my phone.

What exactly was it that worked? I am having the exact same issue. Contacted Fitbit but they could not help other than holding the button down for 8 seconds but it’s resetting quicker than I can hold buttons down. Thanks for any help
