Sense screen is white and stuck

Screen turned white and is stuck. I tried changing the clock face. Any ideas how to fix it

This is odd but thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Please try restarting your Sense by doing the following:

 

Press and hold the button* for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.
