Sense screen isn't responding

My screen will not respond on my Fitbit sense.

I received a Sense where the screen wouldn't respond to swipes, and had to exchange it for a replacement with support. They're pretty good at swapping out faulty devices, once they've checked if they can help you fix it first.

Probably best to try a restart with the buttons

Did you charge it first for 15 -30 minutes.

 

Try this, the button can take a bit of getting used to.

 

Worn on the left arm -

 

rest your other thumb on the arm to the left of the watch

and forefinger on the back of the hand

and do a gentle squeeze of the watch

 

Squeeze for upto 10 seconds until it vibrates or the logo appears and then release
