Sense screen locked

Got up this morning and my Sense was locked on the Logo.  Not responding to side button.  Any ideas?

Hi @JFryx6 I know you said it is not responding to the button,  but did you try restarting it? Restart your Tracker  

 

If it won't restart then you will need to contact Fitbit Support

Press and hold the side button for 30 seconds.  If that doesn't work contact customer support.

Thanks but that did not work. None of the trouble shooting suggestions worked. Will be getting a replacement.
