Stopped working just before 2 years old this is my 2nd time doing this I’m pretty sure this is a scam can’t get any help to send it to be looked at go figure

Hi @Emolloy - there are a couple of issues with a Sense.
Sometimes it stops working only because of a charging issue, so check How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
Other times it may be faulty or if the seals fail it gets water in it. If it is charging and gets hot this is a sign so stop charging immediately.
You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

Hi @Emolloy if you're under warranty, you can talk to customer service about your Sense 2. If your replacement has failed, the warranty time is counted from the date of purchase for the original Sense 2 you purchased or were gifted. It's not a scam. They do not do repairs.
