Sense screen pixelated and now unreadable

My sense screen has lost many of the pixels and now largely unreadable.  I've done a reset but cant do the factory reset as I cant see the icons?  Is it retrievable or just end of life?

Hi @PCAdams - if you restarted it and the swipe left, up or down is unreadable the watch is most likely damaged.

It is possible to factory reset via the button but it is unlikely to fix it and may not even succeed.

What can cause the problem is it has recently got wet. If so, be careful when that it doesn't get hot when charging.

Thanks Guy,

Hasn't been wet. How do I do a factory reset when I can't read the screen?

Cheers, Paul

@PCAdams- Ensure your Sense is fully charged before performing these steps which will wipe all data.clocks and apps, so make a note of them before proceeding in case it works, as you will have to reinstall them after setting it up again.

Press and Hold Buttons: Press and hold the side button for about 10 seconds until the display turns off.

Release the button when you feel a vibration.

Press and hold the button again until the Fitbit logo appears, then release it.

Then leave it for 5 minutes to make sure it completes. Interrupting the process will cause it to fail.

It may be worth a last resort try.if the watch is unusable.
