Purchased sense last August, the other day, logo appeared on screen,followed by vibration, logo disappeared, then reappear, attempted to force restart, nothing black screen. I had a full charge however every so often 0% appeared, tried recharging still nothing. I have since returned to the Netherlands. I don't know what the next step is, I am lost without my fitbit, when asked about the next process was advised I would receive an email. It hasn't been made clear what next, will it be repaired, if not will I be sent a new one, or do I need to order a new one. I am a bit concerned as this seems to be a common problem with Fitbit Sense. Does anyone know what the possibilities may be as fitbit hasn't made any of this clear to me.

Hi @LyndagMurray - contact support again, in principle your watch is under warranty and should be replaced without delay They are not repaired. Instead if your warranty is covered by Fitbit they may send you a refurbished watch, otherwise take it back to the shop.
What can happen if water gets in, is that it gets hot while charging, if so stop immediately, or acts it erratically.
However the 0% can be a secondary problem to the fact the watch experienced a temporary fault, On the off chance there is a charging problem as well [which is quite common] it is best to eliminate that first, see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

@LyndagMurraysee the thread labeled "Sense stuck on a reboot loop". It sounds like you are having the same issue.

Thank you, I will contact support again as to I have yet to receive any response from fitbit.
