Hello!
I'm from Mexico city, and unfortunatelythis year our country is not part of daylight saving time. THis make that my Fitbit Sense is showing one hour ahead. I can't have my smartwatch showing the wrong time!! Please help us to solve this for Mexico! I'm really fan of the brand!

Hi @Cristela11Mex - you may be able to get around this.
In the Fitbit App, click profile photo and App settings.
Turn off the Automatic time zone and location and set the time zone manually to the one that gives the correct time, perhaps Caracas, and sync the watch.
You may have to sync a few times or even restart the watch and possibly the phone if it won't update.
Conversely, if you managed to get your phone on the correct time with setting time zone manually, reverse the process, in App settings turn on Automatic time zone and sync. It may then pick up the same time as your phone eventually.

@Cristela11Mex- try a non Mexico time zone. May be it will be necessary to do the same on the phone and adjust daylight saving there as well to get the correct combination of time zone and daylight savings which gives you the correct time on both watch and phone.
