The responsiveness of the touchscreen when using the count timer is very poor. Multiple pressing of the screen and most times with force before activation occurs.
When will FitBit issue a software update to correct issue as I know of many users with the Sense that face the same reoccurring problem.

Hi @eblaber - just in case have you tried restarting your watch from the Setting menu Shutdown. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.
If the problem persists with the timer try a different timer from the Gallery, such as SimpleTimer which has many more features.

No fix. It's not just the timer app, it's the touch screen on most of the watch that suffers from poor performance.

@eblaber - it may be a faulty watch and the only way to be sure is to do a factory reset from the watch Settings About Sense, System info menu.
But be warned there are risks that it kills the watch entirely. Wait at least several minutes before doing anything with the watch if you do do it.
If it still is not good take it back to where you bought for a new one under warranty, 1 to 2 years depending on country law.
