Sense settings for sound and vibration grayed out

Well, my fourth post in 2 days, all different software issues.

I paid a lot of money for this Fitbit Sense (Best Buy, Ontario, Canada) to have so many bugs.

I am not receiving vibration communications or sound. It worked in the beginning, now it stopped.

Tried to check settings, but vibration and sound are grayed out.

Step count is way off, by 1,000. Stopped counting floors.

GPS doesn't connect.

I am going to have to return this watch. It's proving to be inconsistent; thus, unreliable.

I only address one issue at a time.  I suspect you are in 'Sleep Mode', preventing things that might interfere with sleep, such as vibrations (except alarms) and sound.  From clock face, scroll left to Quick Settings.  Sleep Mode is the moon.  If the moon is lit, tap it to get out of Sleep Mode.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Nope. Not in sleep mode.
