When I select the Sense from the Fitbit App to change clock faces, the screen is blank. The app does not display any settings. I reinstall the app and go through all the initial settings to fix the issue. Then, the next day, the same thing happens. This is soooooo frustrating - all I want to do today is disable a particular notification and the settings are blank AGAIN. I'm on a Galaxy S20 Ultra. Please upvote if you have the same issue!

@_Delvin_ Does it always happen or perhaps during specific times? I did have it happen to me several times but logging out and back in or phone reboot usually resolved the issue. Have you also tried accessing settings when on Wireless instead of wifi? Also, do you have wifi set up for your sense?
