Sense shows calendar instead of text notifications

Hi again! So I received the replacement Sense. This one alerting me to text messages received - but it does not send the text, instead it seems to show the exact same calendar invite reminder every time I receive a text message. Do you know how I can "fix" that? It's really strange but I'm wondering if there might be a setting I'm not seeing, so thought I would ask. Thank you in advance for any tips.

Hi @tomperse, May I suggest you check your phone app settings. From the "Today" screen touch your icon in the top left corner>Sense tile>notifications. Check the slider on the top right is "on" (to the right), touch text messages>select your preferred app>return to notifications repeat for "Calendar Events" and Emails> App notifications> ensure Fitbit is checked. Return to"Today" screen & sync. These settings should give you incoming messages from your preferred app.

Nothing seems to rectify this glitch - what is so very odd is it sends the exact same calendar invite everytime I receive a text. Sometthing is causing the Sense to think every text is this single calendar invite. I have tried many attempts and fixes - alas nothing has worked.

Hi, @tomperse absent progress I suggest you talk to "Customer Support" here, I recommend you use the chat facility or phone for a prompt response. Your problem is unusual (I've not seen it mentioned before) I suggest you get all your ducks in a row before contacting them, note the make & model of the phone and the O/S you are on. Also, note the steps you've taken to try and resolve the problem.

No. They ended up sending me a replacement (and so far it works just fine).

I would go the route of contacting the help folks and seeing if they can replace yours.

Nothing worked - it was just a glitchy watch, I suppose. They kindly replaced it.
