Hi all, I just bought a used Fitbit Sense. It works great. However, when I track an exercise, it should say, "Great job, Scott!" but it doesn't. Instead, it says, "Great job, [someone else's name]!" I'm assuming it's the name of the previous owner. How can I change this? My Fitbit account is connected to the watch just fine and all the info in my account is correct. I am also syncing info without issue. Could there be a setting on the watch itself I'm missing?

Did the previous user do a factory reset before handing over the Sense?
You may still need to do this step.
Through the tracker.
Settings - help - it will either be Factory Reset or Clear users Data.
Of course you will need to then setup the Sense.
