I was able to charge it yesterday. Overnight it vibrated twice while sleeping and shut off. Nothing I do will power it back on. Checked everything I can.

Can you get any kind of response when it is on the charger? Is it still under warranty?

Sounds like a battery issue. If you can power it on while it's on the charger, you might want to consider contacting Support (link is at the bottom of the page) and asking for a battery test. If it turns out that there's something wrong with the battery, you might want to consider going back to the place you originally purchased it from and seeing if they will honor an exchange.

No response even when on charger. Not sure how long the warranty is. I bought it on 6/20/21 from the Fitbit store.

From what I've heard, the warranty depends. I'm in the US so I can't verify for other countries, but I believe if you purchased it through the Fitbit store, the warranty is good for one year if you purchased the warranty and live in the US.
If you live outside the US, I heard it's 2 years.

Thank you for the reply. I found out I am out of warranty. Not sure what happened to it.
