My sleeping heart rate graph has disappeared. All I get is the average number in the graph and nothing else.

Where do I find this update?
Best AnswerGo to the app store and click on the fitbit app (don't open it, just click on the name). That will tell you what version you have and if it's not 3.41 (the latest update) you can click on it to update. My iphone is set to automatically update my apps but for some reason, this one I had to do manually (even though it automatically updated an earlier version about 2 weeks ago). My graphs are back now.

thanks I already am current with all my updates not sure what is going on but clearly I’m not the only person experiencing this issue

Best AnswerApparently firmware updates are rolled out so not everyone has gotten the opportunity to update. I’m in the camp of the blank sleep restoration graph but I guess there’s nothing I can do until I get the update. Annoying.
Best AnswerIf you have Iphone go to the App Store and click on the top right icon. You may have the update there. I did it and my restoration graph immediately returned. Update was 3.41
Once your in the App Store and tapped your icon, did you swipe down to refresh the screen?
Best AnswerI’ve written for help 2 times and the reply after almost two weeks is they don’t have a fix yet! I pay for the premium and this feature is part of it. I think Fitbit should refund some part of that. If you pay for a service you should have full access!
Seems my Sense malfunctions usually after they have an update. Quality control?
Best AnswerI wrote about this on April 7 so they aren’t being honest! I wrote again this week and still no fix!
Best AnswerOthers have written about the update to version 3.41 for the app. The update to 3.41 fixed the problem for me. On the iPhone go to the App Store and click on the Fitbit icon. The screen will open the details for the app. Your current version of the app will be displayed. If your version is older than 3.41, an update button should appear. Click on the update button to load version 3.41.
The update worked for me immediately. If it does not work for you, I do not have any further advice.
I am just a user who has struggled like many others through many of the disappointing bugs and poor design issues with the Sense. I am perplexed at the apparent indifference of Fitbit to address issues with this premium product. The most significant complaint that I have written about and that appears to be shared by many other owners is the extremely weak notification vibration. Most notifications are missed if you are even mildly active or mentally focused on something.

Best AnswerHad the same problem and based on this thread, I went into my Fitbit app on iPhone, which showed 3.40.1, and clicked on Check for Sense Update and it said I was up-to-date!
Went to App Store, and no update showed on my to-be-updated list. Went to the App IN the store, and THEN I could see the 3.41 update and install it. Very NOT user friendly!
