Hello, I just came back on using my Fitbit Sense and I’ve noticed that my watch is still using a pretty old software, I have synced my device couple of times but still couldn’t manage to receive the new update or at least 5.2
Can someone help?

I think it's just a matter of timing. When the app spots a new version of the software it starts to download it, bit-by-bit, in the background each time you sync. Once it's fully downloaded the app will prompt you to install it. This download can take a couple of days so keep an eye on the app.

Yes this is what happened. I spoke to Fitbit support and they said the same. The download happens in the background.. I received the update 3 days later after consistently syncing my device.
