Sense stopped charging again

I'm not sure if others are having the same issue, but I have had my sense for 15 month. In that time I had to replace the watch twice and the charging cable 3 times. Last time was in January and it won't charge again. It doesn't seem like all my friends the apple watches are constantly having issues. I really like the fitbit better, but I'm getting frustrated. I'm not abusing it in any way!

Yes I have, I even ordered yet another charger from amazon, hoping that would work.

I appreciate it, but it is no longer under warranty. The last time I called, he walked me through everything to try and get it to charge. I'm just surprised to have this many issues with it. You've replace the watch too before!

Clean the charging ports
One of the first things you should do is make sure the charging ports on both your Fitbit and charging cable are clean. Over time, dust and debris accumulate in these ports and prevent the device from charging properly.
